smoothie of the day
1 banana, sliced up and frozen
1 spoonful of peanut butter
4 spoonfuls of plain nonfat yogurt
1 splash of milk
Throw it all in a food processor and blend until smooth. Drink it up.
Best smoothie/pseudo-milkshake ever!
